We translate the technical complexity of cybersecurity, data protection and digital infrastructure into the language of leadership, then walk with you and your team from insight to strategy, and from strategy to implementation.
Most organizations are making critical decisions about cybersecurity, data protection and digital infrastructure without leadership truly understanding what's at stake. Not because they're incapable but, because the technical world has never been translated into theirs.
The result is either over-dependence on technical teams, or overcaution that stalls operations.
As digital dependency deepens and compliance standards grow more demanding, this gap is no longer just an operational inconvenience. It represents significant material, legal and reputational risk that lands squarely on leadership.
Every engagement follows a structured path; beginning where you are, ending with your team capable of governing independently.
Every engagement is scoped to your reality, not pulled from a catalogue. These are the three domains where we most often work.
Our team brings over a decade of experience across civil society, development, healthcare and research. We have delivered work at regional, national and subnational level, with county governments in Kenya, districts in Uganda, and national institutions across East Africa.
Our team has previously worked on engagements funded by USAID, the EU, Gates Foundation, the World Bank and Hewlett Foundation. Having worked directly with governments in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and the United States, led multilateral engagements within the UN system across Europe, North America and the Middle East, and partnered with organizations across North Africa. Including two years managing one of the world's largest open data platforms with zero security incidents.
The most important conversations start before a contract is signed. Tell us where you are, what you're navigating, and what you need to understand. We'll take it from there.
